Pragati Kaushal has completed her M. Tech in Food Engineering and Technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal, Punjab, India. She is a Gold Medalist in M. Tech, having a teaching experience of more than 5 years as an Assistant Professor (FET Department, SLIET, Longowal, Punjab, India). Currently, she is working as a Teaching Assistant in Food Science and Technology Department, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. She has published 16 papers in reputed international journals. She is a editor of International Book ‘Tropical Roots and Tubers: Production, processing and Technology’ published by John Wiley and Sons.
